By playing Tideholm or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

• Tideholm is free to play for personal, non-commercial use. All game content (code, art, sound, music, name and logo) belongs to greg, except open-source parts credited on the About page.
• You may make videos, streams and screenshots of the game and monetise them; a link to this site is appreciated.
• You may not copy, re-host, embed, modify or sell the game or its files, or remove ads from it, without written permission.

Your progress

Your progress is stored in your browser. We do our best to keep saves compatible between versions, but we can't guarantee that progress is never lost (for example when browser data is cleared). Use the export feature in Settings to keep a backup.

Ads

The game may show ads between levels and offers optional rewarded ads. Rewards from ads (bonus pearls) have no monetary value. Don't use tools to fake ad views or clicks.

Availability and liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, pause or end the game or this site at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
